We are contact center employees who imagined a better way of doing things. After years of trying to improve the legacy contact center model, we’ve decided to build an innovative next-generation cloud platform for our CX Advocates and business partners.

We are working to create a connected end-to-end system that eliminates waste, allowing us to reduce business spend on sales and service while passing through higher wages for our workers.
